1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Raqa, established at Druwerbrink 288, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 95141715, VAT number NL95141715B01 (hereinafter: "we" or "our").

1.2 By placing an order on our webshop, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before making a purchase.

2. Product information

2.1 We sell padel grips via our webshop. The products are offered with the corresponding specifications and prices as shown on our website.

2.2 The price of the products includes VAT, but excludes shipping costs. Shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process.

3. Order procedure

3.1 To place an order, you must fill in the required information on our website and confirm the order. After receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

4. Payment terms

4.1 You can pay with us via iDEAL, Creditcard, Paypal. Payments are processed immediately after confirmation of your order.

5. Delivery

5.1 We aim to deliver your order within [number of working days]. The expected delivery time is stated with your order.

5.2 Deliveries are carried out by PostNL. Shipments are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

6. Right of withdrawal and return policy

6.2 The costs for return shipment are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Warranty and complaints

7.1 Our products are guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, you can contact us for a solution.
